No sound and picture on my new Panasonic TH-42BT300U 42″ HD TV

Hi you all,

Recently I purchased a new Panasonic TH-42BT300U 42" HD TV. Looking wise it is fantastic. First 2 days it worked properly like with good sound and quality pictures.

After 2 days when I switched on TV strangely there was no sound and no picture, even though I didn't change any options. Afterwards, I turned off the power, unplugged it and checked all the wires, But I didn't find anything wrong.

Anybody faced the same kind of issues? Please someone help me to resolve this issue? Thanks in advance for any kind of help!

Hi Luis C Stewart,

I'm sorry to hear of the problems you are experiencing. Check the HDMI at the on the TV and see if all the wires are connected to the right ports. If they are connected properly then you would need to have a certified technician look at the TV for you. Please do not try to "fix" it yourself as these devices require professionals.
