Hi.  I cannot seem to find the signal for my router in my laptop.  This just happened recently.  I have had no problems before and I have been using this  laptop for a long time.  Now I have to use a cable to get connected.  My other laptops seem to be having no problems.  How could I remedy this problem?

Hi,

It is very likely that the network profile saved on your computer has been corrupted or removed and that your network’s SSID is not broadcasting. Check your network profile saved on the computer if it’s still there and if anything has been changed. If everything’s fine, try changing your wireless network’s channel.

The computer may be getting a lot of interference making it hard for it to see the network. If it’s still not seen after this, try updating your wireless card drivers. If it still doesn’t work, try and reseat the wireless card antennas, it may have come loose.

Thank you. Hope it helps.
