Nikon has launched a D3200 new WiFi accessory.

This tiny wireless mobile adapter can communicate to an Android phone or tablet thru a Nikon-made app once connected to the camera.

Is this compatible with other Nikon cameras?

Nikon D3200 WU-1a Wireless Mobile Adaptor

Nikon added a new Wireless Mobile Adapter WU-1a, which enables users to simply share the high-resolution photos captured with a digital-SLR camera to any Android operating system smart phones. This new addition of the part allows collaboration with the smart phones, tablets running Android. It will work by simply connecting the WU-1a to the D3200 DX-format digital-SLR camera. Specially, the WU-1a is only compatible with smart devices running the Android operating system. And it will not work with the other Nikon cameras.

The market price of the WU-1a Wireless Mobile Adaptor is 59.95$.
