Hello experts,

Recently, I purchased the NiceLagel Suite software but I can’t install it properly and start because when I try to start this software the following top error message gets appear. When I click on OK another error message appears. How can I remove the following errors? Need your advice.

Error: Exception EaccessViolation in module nbars.dll at 00099BF8. Access violation at address 00969BF8 in module ‘nbars.dll’. Read of address 00000008. Error: The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000142). Click OK to terminate the application.

Hi Samantha,
The error is because the certificates are not installed correctly.
The solution to resolve this error is as below:
1) Open 'C:Program FilesEuroPlusNiceLabel 5bin'
2) Right Click 'nlabel5.exe' file
3) Go to 'Digital Signature' tab
4) Select 'Euro Plus' signature
5) Click 'Details' button
6) Click 'View Certificate' button
7) Click 'Install Certificate' button
8) Click 'Next'
9) Select 'Place all certificates in the store' option
10)Click 'Browse', Select 'Trusted Publishers'
11)Click 'OK', Click 'Next', Click 'Finish'
12) Click 'OK'
