NI Data Acquisition error shown

Hello,
I have a simple question here for you experts. If anyone has worked with National Instruments (NI), maybe you can help me on this. Whenever I use NI Data Acquisition (NI DAQ) I run into the error message below. I do not know where to start troubleshooting so any help will be appreciated.
Error – 1074134954 occurred at error occurred at: niScope Acquisition.vi
Possible reason(s)
Driver Status: (Hex 0xBFFA0056)
The necessary memory could not be allocated
Software failure has accoured because system was out of memeory. Due to a known problem, it is recommended that the hardware be reset using niScope_ResetDevice() Function.
