Application failed to start Zoo exe

Hello,

I am trying to run the Zoo (23-Feb-2012). But, I keep getting the following error when I try to run the Zoo Console. The following error message appeared on the screen.

This application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log for more details. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hi Terry,

The error is because the windows system does not have the most recent Microsoft Runtime libraries installed.
To resolve this error follow the below steps:
1) Download the Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 service Pack 1 from Official Microsoft Website

2) Click 'Download' button for downloading the software
3) After the download is complete, Click 'Install' button
4) After the installation wizard is completed, Restart the system
5) Run the application and the error is resolved
