Recently, I can use the Neflix app on my LG TV (Wise); until suddenly, it stopped working properly. It plays and it loads scrambled graphics and the sound was fine, but I was unable to view it. Does anyone here knows why this issue occurs? I can still use this last week. I first thought that it could be a bandwidth issue but realized that this is not the case. It took some time to work with intervals ever since the issue started but all I can see is a scrambled graphics. Any ideas?

I will suggest you two methods try these and check whether the problem is getting solved.
Solution 1: Clear Netflix Application Cache and Data. Navigate home screen or press ‘Home’ key> select ‘All Apps’ > select ‘Settings’> select ‘Application’ > select ‘Manage Application’> use directional key in Netflix (also type ‘N’ to jump alphabetically)> Force Stop> Clear Data> Clear cache. Restart the application and try to login once it is rebooted.
Solution 2: Try to update your Netflix software
