Hello Guys Here. I am using nero for burning files. But when I am trying multi-session burning, this error appears. What can I do for me to not encounter this one? Is it safe if I click yes for this message? Please help me guys. Thanks.

Nero Express

The disc you have inserted is not empty, but the writing mode of your compilation is ‘Start multisession’ or ‘No multisession’. This will cause the information already on the disc to be inaccessible via Windows Explorer. Should Nero proceed with writing to the disc?

Hello Michael Jinemez,

The cause of the problem is because you are trying to burn files to a CD that has already on it some files, and therefore adding other files on it may render the files that you had already added on it earlier inaccessible on some version of the windows operating systems.

Therefore if you are not in need of using those files, you can choose to continue with the process and burn the new files on it. But if the files are important, then I will advise that you just get another disc and burn the files on them to avoid loosing the files that you already had on the current disc.

Hope this helps.
