I have read your concern regarding backing-up files and I recognize that you have come across a problem on how to do it when you add new files it will also automatically add to the back-up drive. Isn’t it? I hope I got your point. Creating a back-up drive ensures you that you don’t lose your files. Actually, you will not need any program regarding this concern. All you have to do is set-it-up on your computer for automatic progress.

For Windows 7 operating system follow these steps:

1. Go to “START” button then click “CONTROL PANEL” and locate “SYSTEM and MAINTENANCE” then select “BACKUP and RESTORE.”

2. If this is your first time to back-up, select “SET UP BACKUP” and a wizard will show after the selection. Follow the phases presented on the window; but if you have already tried it before, you can select “BACKUP NOW” or wait for the regular schedule of backing-up files to happen.

***By the way, never backup files on the same hard drive where your OS was installed. You can use external hard drive or media disks to secure files properly
