It depends on the file format of the video you created.

It supports all the formats that Adobe After Effects CS5 can create plus more:

3GP, 3G2, AVI, WMV, MKV, MPG, MP4, SWF, FLV, MOV, TOD, AVCHD, DV, TS, MTS, RM, QT, etc.

It can output to the following formats:

3GP, MP4, AVI, WMV, Matroska, DVD, FLV, SWF, MPEG, Blu-ray, and MP3.
