Need help to change device letters in windows 7

Hi guys, I want to change my drive letters , because they are not in order , can anyone please help me by providing necessary steps to do this?

Need help to change device letters in windows 7

Hi Candice,

To change drive letter follow these simple steps:

1) Right click on the Computer icon on the Desktop and select Manage option
2) In the Computer Management window thus opened, click to expand Computer Management (Local)StorageDisk Management given in the left pane
3) Now right click the disk partition of which you want to change the drive letter and select Change Drive Letter and Path… option in the right pane as shown above
4) In the dialog box thus opened click Change… button.
5) Now select the drive letter from the dropdown list and press OK button.
6) Close Computer Management window.
