Locking Down The Kiosk System: Windows 7 Kiosk Mode.
Go to Start. In the search box type gpedit.msc. Press Enter.
Go to user configuration and then to administration template system.
Click settings and then click on Run only specified Windows Application.
Click enabled –> Click on show button.
A dialog box opens in which you can type in the applications you want to allow the users to use.
Click OK.
