Need a gif maker true graphics.

I need a great GIF maker true graphics that are GIF format images which appears in moving or changing. I also need it works like a full motion video file and it will have various colors to use and effect each other. Please any one help me to find it.

From what I decipher from your question, all you need is a GIF makes with many customisable options. My suggestions for you would be to try the GIMP GIF MAKER. It has a wide variety of customisable options and is available for free with a set of video tutorials on how to use it and make the most of it. You can get the tutorials here and also download it from here.

Apart from that you can also try a few other good GIF makers like BLENDER here. and Beneton GIF maker here.
