In need of an extra ordinary customer management mailing software

The customer management mailing software I need should be able to send alerts to my phone, save some mails as templates, automatically assign mail responses to my clients based on urgency and workload and it should be relatively cheap. Any idea?

Hallo Zdenek,

That will depend on the type of phone that you have. If you have a phone that is able to support Microsoft office then I will suggest that you try using the Microsoft office outlook that is pretty easy to configure. Or you can just install outlook express which works more like Microsoft office outlook.
