I’m doing my engineering in electronics 2nd year. I would like to learn programming but it is not included in my domain. As it is the key to open the lock of many interviews which intake software engineers, please help me with the names of apps that teach software programs for free without any mistakes. It would be good of they provide certificate of completion.

Yes, programming is very necessary these days to get a job in software field. I personally suggest you that instead of learning many languages all together, it’s better to learn 1 language in particular and master in that language. But for your question, yes there are apps that teach you programming for free, with courses.

For example UDEMY also provides certification courses. Other than that you can have NPTEL lectures, unacademy, STEPIK, MIMO and many more apps that can help you with learning programs. I used UDEMY courses to master my programming skill and language. I think this will help you to overcome or crack interviews easily though you are from electronics domain.
