Hi guys,

My web application platform SharePoint has encountered a problem. All of a sudden, I received an error message.

The screenshot of the error message is as below. It is indicating a serious error.

I do not the reason behind it.

Have you any idea for the issue?

Please help.

Hello Green,

This error arose because there's a problem with JavaScript. This is as a result of a file being tampered with by a virus. Try any of these solutions:

1. Upgrade your antivirus software. Scan your system for viruses thereafter.

2. Uninstall and re-install JavaScript on your system. You can download JavaScript here:

3. Uninstall and re-install Sharepoint.

4. Restore your system back to a previous time.

If one solution doesn't work, try others.
