My unresponsive Spice new touch screen mobile

I purchased a 3.5" touch screen Spice M6800 FLO with a 3.2 mp camera yesterday.  My problem started when I got my phone drained and recharged it overnight.  It now has full charge but unresponsive touch screen.  Could my Spice new touch screen mobile have been damaged because of over-charging?

Hi Alex,

Did you try removing your battery and placing it back to your phone? That may solve your problem. If that does not work, you should go to your retailer and report the problem. There you can easily get a solution. What can be best is that you may even change the current phone for a new one as it is totally new.

Overcharging would not be the cause of this problem. As stated above a simple battery pull may work, but if that doesn't I would try plugging it into a computer and doing a reset or complete software reinstall. But the cause of this could also be hardware related and if you just recently purchased the phone I would definitely try to have it looked at under warranty before doing any of that.
