Hi guys,

My Spiral Galaxy M51 has encountered a problem. I have been directed to install it though I have already installed it.

I think it should not be. Look at the screenshot.

Please help to fix it.

Hallo Jaycelin,

Since you already have the application installed on your computer, you will need to do the following and see if it will help resolve the issue:

First go to the control panel and uninstall it from there.
After you are sure that it is completely removed, try running the setup again and see if it will install successfully.
