My Sony Bravia LED tv is suddenly not showing all the colours

When I switch on my TV everything is fine but then after 2 to 3 hours green and blue colors show up very weirdly and when I pass by the TV it seems as if it is radiating a lot of heat! Are these two problems connected? What should I do?

If that’s what’s happening on your LED TV, try turning it off, unplug it from the power outlet, and let it cool for a while. When it is no longer hot, plug it again in the AC outlet and turn it on. See if the same symptoms appear. This may happen if the TV is kind of overused like you no longer turn it off or it is on most of the time.

Though a TV can last for several days without turning off, this is fine if it happens very infrequently. But if this is happening regularly or it is a habit, the device will wear out very easily. If the problem didn’t change, you should bring it to a qualified service technician to check and fix it.
