It start up time has also been doubled. I just want to know why these things happen.

This could be happening for several reasons. Follow the below steps:
Step 1:
Click Start-Run and type %temp% and press Enter. Delete the files as much as you can.
Step 2:
Click Start-Run and type Tree and press Enter.
Step 3:
Click Start-Run and type Prefect and press Enter. Delete as much files as you can.
Step 4:
Click Start-Run and type Recent and press Enter. Delete all the files.
Step 5:
Click Start-Run and type Msconfig and press Enter. Click Start up from the upper menu.
Uncheck the items you don’t need to run during startup. Click Apply and Ok. Restart your PC.
I believe you will get better performance. Follow these steps except Step 5 once in a week. But if anyway this won’t work for you then you might reinstall the operating system and uninstall any software that could cause this problem.  Â
