My Nokia n73 doesn’t support video calls

I'm using a Nokia n73 music edition phone.When I take a video call while the phone indicates that I'm in a 3G area ,an error message is displayed "service not supported by network".help me in this regard.

Nokia N73 music edition phones don't support video calling without video calling software. I will give you a software link. You can download this software for free on this website

My Nokia n73 doesn’t support video calls

Hello Heather,

It is the problem of your phone. Start pressing *#0000#. If your firmware is RM-132, it doesn’t support 3G and also video calling. If the firmware is RM-133, you should see a 3G icon on the top-left panel of your phone’s screen. If not, you won’t be able to enjoy 3G.

Download and install Nokia PC Suite. Connect your phone via USB with your PC. Then, with Nokia PC Suite, you will be able to update your phone’s firmware.
