Avast easy password and ID is wrong

I purchased an original Avast Virus Guard and installed it on my PC. But when I try to scan my computer, it asks for a User ID and password.

I entered the ID and password enclosed in the DVD case of Avast but it says the password I entered is wrong. I've tried this for several times but the result was the same.

Please help me.

Avast easy password and ID is wrong

The cause for this problem may be your user ID and password has been stolen by someone and Avast Company banned your account or simply you have entered the wrong user ID and password. First check and enter the user ID and password again.

If it doesn’t work contact Avast customer care through +1 866 951 7679 or visit https://support.avast.com/ and complain about your problem.

You will be wanting to prove that you bought a genuine DVD. So present your proof and they will provide you with a new user ID and a password.
