My laptop webcam is not working

My dell laptop webcam is not working, though the led beside it is on. It worked fine until a month ago, and since then it sometimes works and sometimes don't. I can't figure out the problem.

The laptop is only three months old so; it's probably not a hardware problem.

Here are the solutions for your laptop cam problem,

This is looking like you have a driver problem if you have integrated cam then download webcam central for your laptop or reinstall your webcam driver and also download webcam manager utility for dell from dell.com after this if your laptop cam is not working then reinstall your window because it's seems to be a window compatibility problem.

Otherwise download the attachment file for your laptop if this attachment not worked for your laptop then go to dell.com and go to laptop section then enter your laptop model / tag number they give you right driver for your laptop and trusty software for your device.
