Try installing malware/spyware removal tool then run the program.. Another solution .To restore your system to a certain point that it works fine…

Click start, all programs , accessories, system tools, system restore, click restore my computer to an earlier time. If the problem still exists you need to reinstall your operating system. If you don’t know how have it reinstalled by a technician

I had the same problem before with my laptop, and what I did was defragmented the hard drive and  I backed up my hard drive, and important files to an external hard drive and re installed my operating system.

But you had mentioned that you did all of these ,you may have a bad hard drive or need new RAM. You will need to reformat your hard drive but If it doesn’t run better after that. Then you should replace some of those components.

Sometimes a fresh start is the only answer. Back up your data and reformat. You do have several things you can do before you hit that point though.

2.  Most of the times reason behind laptops running slow is a corrupt registry try to run registry repair.

 Try the MSCONFIG to your computer try to follow this step, 

1. Go to "start" and go to run type "msconfig" and then it will open your msconfig.

2. Go to "BOOT.INI" click the advanced option and check the "/NUMPROC-" and if you have two processor then select two.

3. Go to "Startup tab" and just disable you don't use and if you don't know what they are just go to Google and type the name and search it and after that just press ok. After that,

Go to "start" again and go to run and type "services.msc" and it will open the window that states all run on your computer and just right click the one that you want to disable and after that go to "my computer" right click and then go to properties, go to "advanced tab" click the performance setting, check the adjust best performance and or you can check custom to modified what you want to enable or disable program to your computer and then click apply after you do the customizing.

5. And then open up your Ccleaner, click cleaner and hit analyze and then run cleaner, then go to registry click scan issues after scanning click all, click fix selected issues and it will show up if you want to backup your registry just click no and it will come up how many issue to fixed and after that reboot your computer.

Hi,

Firstly scan your PC completely not particular files or folder you must complete scan it and it is recommended to scan using Microsoft security to check the bugs and virus and make sure your antivirus software is updated frequently.Now when you have scanned your PC for virus remove virus from it if you have any and if you don't check for the space in the system if much space is used try deleting unnecessary files and software from PC which also make it slow to work.
