My iPhone doesn’t responds when I put it on charging

Hello, I am using to iPhone 5. Both of them is having same problem that is annoying me too much. The problem is- while charging, they are not responding at all. Only the button works when charging but the touch screen doesn't  say anything. Restarting the device isn't solving the problem. Can anyone help me?

Dear Tyrone E Louis, 

                                        If there is a problem come in iPhone 5 while charging, There may be problem in your charger. Make sure that you use the original charger. If your iPhone is in a leather case, Then remove it. The problem is the electrostatic current or charge while using charger.

If the problem still not resolved, Contact to your nearest Apple store

Just use the USB cable to charge it with a laptop or PC computer. And if the touch is working better then it is a problem with the adapter. It is producing high voltage current which affects the touch screen. If it gives a problem with the USB cable to then you need to purchase the whole charger. Just try to purchase it from the Apple Store so you might get the good one.
