My internet connection is slow. How can I get a faster speed from it?

My internet connection is slow. Why?

There are many reasons of slow connection. Broadband connection is better than Dial up connection or modem. No matter whatever the hardware of computers, with a dialup connection and modem the speed of the internet will remain same.

If you are using a modem or dial up connection just change it and buy the broadband connection.

These days many people around the world using broadband for fast internet connection. You will really enjoy the speed of internet with broadband. You can use 4g wimax connection for high speed. It is best among all other broadband connections.

My internet connection is slow. Why?

The speed of you internet connection, first and foremost, actually depends on what kind of plan you have from your internet service provider. If you have the slowest plan, then you can really expect to wait for some websites to load especially those with heavy content in it and there's really nothing you can do to increase it other than get a faster account.

 

However, if you have an account with a considerable speed, then a slow connection would be caused by some factors. Do you use wireless to connect to the internet?

 

Wireless connection is very prone to interference, even if you have a 50 Mbps account but your wireless connection has a lot of interference, you won't be able to enjoy the full bandwidth.

 

Is your internet service shared by several devices? If it is, then the bandwidth would be divided among the connected devices which would slow the connection down. Try and limit the devices that use the connection to a few at a time to have a good internet experience.
