My Excel 2010 experienced a serious problem with ‘sas’ add-in

Hi guys,

My Excel 2010 has encountered an awful problem. It is remaining at the position attached below.

Mentionable that Microsoft Office 2010 and SAS Enterprise Guide 5.1 is running with the machine.

I tried several ways to get a remedy but no result.

I clicked on cancel button. This time I received the error message as under.

Have you any idea for this serious problem?

Please help.

If you have seen this message multiple times, you should disable this add-in and check if an update is available.

Hallo Aldo,

To resolve that issue, you will need to do the following:

You will need to uninstall SQL Server 2008 Data Mining Add-ins for Office 2007 from the computer.
And then restart Excel 2010. In case you see the error message again, just click No and then exit Excel 2010.
After that restart Excel 2010 again. Ensure that the error message does not appear, and then exit Excel 2010.
And then install the updated version of SQL Server 2008 Data Mining Add-ins.
