There is a problem when I want to start my computer. It needs to restart two or more times.

Usually this type of problem is occurred by several causes. At first you need to see that your power supply is work correctly it’s mean your power box. This type of problem is mainly occurred by the problem of power supply. Secondly your hard disk drive maybe is bad. If it does not work properly then this problem is create.
Besides this you must see that the other hardware of your computer can perform correctly.If any other hardware is seems to be a problem you must repair or replace it. You must see all the jack and connection of your computer. I think this will be solve your problem.

Do you have Webroot Spy Sweeper running in your computer? Try manually shutting down you Spy Sweeper first and see if you can normally start your computer. Also, you can try adding delay before the BIOS starts. Enter your BIOS setup by pressing delete or f1 or f8 (depending on your motherboard manufacturer). Go to Advanced settings and select the Advanced CMOS setup. Set the Delay for HDD (secs) to 2.
Check if this will solve the issue. If not, try increasing it to 5 seconds and see again if it works. Note that increasing the delay will increase your boot time. Good Luck to you!
