My ATi TV Wonder only shows black screen

I recently purchased and installed ATi TV Wonder HD 650 COMBO USB with MPEG-2 compression on my desktop that has Pentium 4, 2 GB RAM, 500 GB HDD and Windows XP 64 bit.  Why am I only seeing a black screen when I launch the TV tuner?

Hi Davis Avon,

It seems that you have not installed driver of TV Tuner.

Or if you have installed it, then you have chosen a wrong and outdated model of driver.

You should remove the driver first and then please restart your computer.

Then please go to this website and download the driver.

Drivers Download Website.

Download driver and install it. After installing it you will never see that black screen.

Hi Davis,

   It seems that the TV tuner card is not compatible with your Video card, if you have checked and made sure that both cards are compatible. You can also try to use a composite connection, however the screen may not be the one you would expect.  It can also be the drivers you have to make sure that you install the most updated drivers for the TV tuner.
