My antivirus Kaspersky for mobile phones is not working properly.

Hello everybody,

My antivirus Kaspersky for mobile phones is not working properly in my Samsung Galaxy Y mobile phone model. I already uninstall the said antivirus but still the same thing is happening it doesn’t work as scanning the device, it cannot check if viruses are present in my phone. I’m starting to get worried about it. I really need some help regarding this matter.

Your advice will mean a lot to me.

My antivirus Kaspersky for mobile phones is not working properly.

Try to install some another antivirus application to check if the problem persists because it can be a problem with your telephone operating system not with the application. Download the application from the authorized  websites or from the Android Market or Play Store to make sure the application is safe and is working properly.

Sorry for the problems that you are facing, but to give you a more appropriate solution it would be very helpful if you can provide the exact error message that you are getting as because the phrase "not working", is a close ended question.
