My 3DMark has encountered a problem

Hi guys,

My 3DMark has encountered a problem. The screenshot of the error message is as under. I tried several ways to get a solution of this problem but failed. I uninstalled the program and installed it again. Could you please help me to solve this problem?

My 3DMark has encountered a problem

Hello Adams,

It appears like you are missing the .NET Framework versions that are needed for the 3DMark11.exe application to work on your computer. You will therefore need to run the windows updater to install the latest version of the .NET Framework. You will just need to make sure your computer has internet access and then go to the control panel and then run windows updates.
