Hi,

I received an error message however when I try to start Angry Birds: The program can't start because MSVCR100.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.

MSVCR100.dll missing error for playing Angry Birds on PC

 

Hello Harvey,

The game requires certain DLL, or dynamic link library, files to execute the application file.

You need to download the files. The image that you've uploaded mentions MSVCP100D.dll (it ought to be MSVCP100.dll), but you've written MSVCR100.dll.

Anyhow, you can download the ZIP file from this website : https://www.dll-files.com/msvcr100.dll.html

                                                                                                     https://www.dll-files.com/msvcp100.dll.html

Follow this flowchart to track your game folder :

1. Go to the desktop. Right click on the Angry Birds icon. (Whichever version you have – rio, space, etc.)

2. Go to properties.

3. Open File Location.

4. The folder that opens up is the Directory folder where Angry Birds is installed.

5. Extract the ZIP file, which has been downloaded from the above links.

6. Copy the files with extension dll i.e; MSVCP100.dll & MSVCR100.dll to the folder.

7. Now close the folder & start the game. It should run.

Hello Harvey,

The problem with your angry birds is the missing MSVCP100D.dll. This can be fixed by following the simple steps mentioned below:

1. Download the MSVCP100D.dll from the dll store website.

2. Unzip the file and copy the MSVCP100D.dll file.

3. Paste the MSVCP100D.dll file in the game folder.

4. You can also paste this file in system 32 folder that will work too.

5. Start your game.

You will not see the message again.
