MS Visio Encountered this error message

Hello guys!

Could I borrow a little bit of your time please.

I encountered this error message on MS Visio.

Could somebody tell me what causes this one?

What should I do to solve it?

Error:

Virtual Rack Addin

Import rack data and try again.

MS Visio Encountered this error message

Hi Macraw, the error here is that you may have not added an extra 'rack data' as it suggests. What you need to do in this situation is to import the data;

You need to go to the website Microsoft download center and download addins for the rack servers or installation files for the rack virtualization

Once you install the addins,you need to restart the program or uninstall and reinstall. Follow the correct procedure for importing racks;

Once you restart the program, it should be okay

It should work with correct procedure
