MS Sans Serif font won’t back the usual style

I currently use Windows Vista as my operating system but I also sometimes use Windows XP. While trying to utilize this program I received the problem report that said ‘MS Sans Serif’ won’t back the usual style. Can you help me figure what the error may be and resolve it?

Hi,

You mention that vista is your operating system And you also tell that you use XP sometimes. But my question is- Do you setup 2 operating system in your c drive? Otherwise if you use XP theme then some problems may arise sometimes. If you set up 2 operating system, you start your computer and get an option to choose the operating system. Then you choose either vista or XP. Although you may face problem then you re setup your computer. It may fix your problem. Sometimes problems may create for using older windows version. So you should use newer windows version vista, XP etc.

Again if you use XP theme, you should uninstall your older XP theme. Some themes have limited validity. Sometimes problem may arise for expire themes validity. So check it.
