I have just finished drafting a document on MS Word. I want to print this document. I gave the command to print through Word, but it prompted an error which said, “We couldn’t print because there doesn’t seem to be a printer installed.” But I have a printer which is connected to my computer.

It seems you have enabled the ‘Bidirectional support’ for your printer.

1. Locate your printer from all the devices and printers mentioned in the Control Panel.

2. Right-click on your printer.

3. Select ‘Properties.’

4. Under the ‘Ports’ tab, disable ‘Bidirectional support’ for your computer.

Also, you can reinstall all the printer driver. Make sure the printer is working fine, and the drivers are up to date. Remove all the corrupted drivers from your computer
