During the installation of MS Office Enterprise 2007, I encountered an error which prohibited me to continue the installation.
The error message states,
 Microsoft Office Enterprise 2007
Error 1935.An error Occurred during the installation of assembly component {68b7c6d9-1Df2-54c1f-C8B3B9A1E18E}.HRESULT:0x800736FD.

Error 1935 is only an installation error.
First of all you need to follow these steps:
1. Restart the computer,
2. Run the Microsoft 2007 installation again.
If that does not work you need to run the System Update Readiness Tool.
Please follow these steps:
1. Download System Update Readiness Tool from these links –
For Windows 7 – http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=3132,
For Windows Vista – http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=504,
2. Install it on your PC,
3. Run the tool,
4. Install Microsoft 2007 again.
