MS Access Problem Logging into Account

My greetings to all readers.

I am sharing here an experience while using Microsoft Access Application.

I cannot login to the application because of the error message pasted below.

Problem Logging into Account

This account has already been imported.

As I looked on the error message, it kept me thinking many times, why I got this error message, since my user account is correct and I only have one user account.

I already checked on many aspects particularly on the manner I type the username and password, all are correct.

This is the same account I use on all my works, and suddenly it fails.

I hope to hear some ideas on this problem.

Thanks a lot in advance.

Hi Stuarbig,

There might be a loading memory problem in RAM. You have to check that.

For this, press (Ctrl+Alt+Del) and go to task manager and then choose process and look for MS Access. You will see it is already loaded in memory, so click "End Process" and then reopen it. If that doesn’t work then check which windows you are using.

You must have to update the previous or the best thing is that uninstall it and download the new and latest version from a good source and make sure that your system supports the latest version.

Other thing is that there might be some file corrupted or some virus which is resisting the running of MS Access, so try to scan your computer and repair the windows and other files.

Do this in normal mode or the best thing is to do it from a safe mode.

There might be some file corrupted in MS Access.

You should check the files and also the file format before opening the file.

Have a good day!
