MP4 converter encode in real player?

Hello and good day and TechyV friends and pals!

I have mp4 file that needs to be converted to be played on RealPlayer. Here are my sets of questions, can mp4 converter encode in real player? Is RealPlayer having a converter? What file formats are available for conversion? Is it compatible on any mobile handsets and tablets? Any help would be appreciated.
