I got a book about short English text for children that has lot of topics that are unable to maintain in a proper manner. I want to make separate files for each topic. What is the name of software?
I don't think there are such software which will arrange every thing in a proper manner. My suggestion is you need to do that manually. There could be lot of other software also. But knowing which text is present and arrange in certain order may not be possible as there could be lot of possibilities to do that. The main thing over here is that such kind of tools may not be available you need to do those things manually by searching in that shot English text for children manually and do your things that will be the best part as you know what to do and where to put those.

There are many program software that you can use to maintain the contents of your English text book for children in proper manner, topic by topic and chapter by chapter. You can also preserve the pictures of your book with its original image and quality. Simply scan all the contents of your book, page by page and save the scan documents into PDF file format. You can organize all those pages. And if you want you can enter all contents of your book into Microsoft Office applications like Microsoft Excel for spreadsheet files and Microsoft Word for document files.
