Doesn’t Moto G mobile phone vulnerable to all viruses as it supports pen drive connections. Are there viruses for android Operating system already? What happens if a virus affected pen drive is connected to Moto G mobile phone? In general, when we insert virus infected memory cards to either android or windows mobiles will there be any side effects? How such a small operating system does takes care of itself without any antivirus built in? Thank you for your information.

As the android mobiles are freely available to connect to the pen drives the chances for getting affected by viruses are high. Now a day’s mobile compatible antivirus software are available which are of less size. When your phone is viruses affected it may delete the files in your phone or may corrupt the files. Some Trojan viruses will send you personal details to those who have created the viruses. In windows the security level is bit high as they don’t support pen drive but it supports SD card. But in IPhone you can only transfer data through ITunes and there is no SD option, which makes them highly secure.
