MkvToMp4 exe has stopped working

Hi all,

I use MkvToMp4 to convert my audio files into mp4 format. However, it just crashes and I receive an pop-up window saying it has stopped working (see image).

Does this has something to do with the compatibility with Windows 7 and Vista?

Please help me get a fix on this one.

MkvToMp4 exe has stopped working

Hello Keith

This is a typical error for compatibility issues.

You have installed the software but it does not work on your current OS. You can try uninstalling it, and install it as Administrator (Right click on the file and Run as administrator).

After you are done with the installation process, right click on the executable file and at the Compatibility tab, choose Run This Program in compatibility with Windows 7/Vista.

Also, I recommend that you try using another software.
