There are solutions to you that connection speed will miss by downloading data of Library. Another one you can trust me; check on the space of your disk where library save. Sometime it must happen in low space of the disk.

When the program install it would miss some data. You may forget to click on the install program to select custom or Update.

Cause one option is legal for using Internet connection. So this is main problem. Please try to go legal able data formation to check Internet help.

Re try the original register program on your system then you will get the solution.

******Thanks a Lot*****

In case you are receiving the library connectivity problems when running an Agent on a Windows NT system, then you will need to use the following checklist to fix the issue:

  1. First, you will need to ensure that the Agent service is up, and you will do that by checking the Oracle Agent service by going to the control panel. In case the Agent has not started up yet, then you will need to use any of the following hints to solve the issue:
  2. You will need to check for messages that have been written to the NT Event Viewer, and those you can find them under Administrative Tools, and there you will be able to find any problems associated with startup.
  3. You will also need to check in case the snmp_ro.ora, snmp_rw.ora, and services.ora have been developed by the Agent on startup. These services, the snmp_ro.ora and the snmp_rw.ora will be found ORACLE_HOMEnetworkadmindirectory, while the other services.ora will be founds in the ORACLE_HOMEnetworkagentdirectory.

Once you have done that, you will need to crosscheck the services listed with the services that are available on the machine. In case the services are missing, then you will need to check the following files which could be having some inconsistencies or corruption:

  • listener.ora
  • tnsnames.ora
