Migration issues with BPOS transition

Hello,

I am sure you are aware that migration from BPOS will commence three to four months after GA release. Majority of us are in the beta which expire in about a month so I am wondering whether Cloud partners with BPOS be migrated earlier in order for us to be able to continue testing and demonstrating O365 to our customers?

I would be grateful if someone can please give me an answer to this concern?

Migration issues with BPOS transition

As far as BPOS migration is concerned, you to migrate it no matter when but in the end you will have no other choice, right. So it is in the best interest of both you and your customers that you migrate early and start demonstrating the 365 to your customers so that when you can completely migrate from BPOS, people have a basic idea of how to handle 365.

However there are few problems relating to migration that you want to look into.

First if you consider the manual migration you will no be able to access any mail flow for a day or two.

Secondly, you will loose any access that you have to EHA and you will not be able to access your hosted archive and the customer will not be able to get their archive email.
