Can we import data and images from a PDF file into Excel and after working can we save it as a PDF document? I want to convert a PDF file data into Word or Excel and after some editing I want to create a PDF file again of it. Can anyone help me?

Yes, we can import data and images from a PDF file into Excel.

• We have to download and install PDF to Excel Converter.
• Double-click the shortcut of PDF to Excel Converter on your desktop to launch it.
• Import PDF files.
• If you just want to convert some pages of files, click Selected Pages field and type the page numbers to be converted.
•  You can save the converted Excel file to the folder where the source file is after conversion by clicking Save in the same folder as source,
• Click the Convert button below the panel, and your PDF files will be converted one by one.

All the original layouts, text content, and images can exactly retained in the generated Excel documents. PDF to Excel matches font styles, size, and colors, and wherever possible, reproduces the table appearance with borders, cell coloring, and row/column height and width.

After editing, we will convert the edited file from Excel to PDF. Excel to PDF Converter is the fast, affordable way to create professional-quality documents in the popular PDF file format.

• Open the Excel file in Microsoft Excel and select File->Print… in the application main menu.
• Select Universal Document Converter from the printers list and click Properties button.

• Click OK in Microsoft Excel Print dialog to start converting.

Yes Aradeel, you can import data from pdf file to excel provided that PDF file is not protected. You can use copy paste option for text and snapshot option for pictures/graphics. Secondly, after doing whatever you want to do in the excel file, you can save that excel file in .pdf format. Just go to File>SaveAs>PDF and your saved file will be in PDF.

Hi,

Yes you can import data and images from PDF file into Excel and vice versa. This can be made possible by using a program called PDF to Word or Excel. It is software that enables you convert a document from a PDF to a Word or Excel File. On the other hand if you want to create a PDF file again from a Word document, you can download a program called PDF Creator from the internet.
