Hi,

I can help you fix the issue with Microsoft Office 2007 on your computer. I suggest you to perform the following steps:

>>Create a Restore point on your computer before performing any troubleshooting steps.

>> Start Word 2007, click File, and then click Options.

>>Now, click on Add Ins and click “Go”.

>>Uncheck the “Send to Bluetooth” and then click “Ok”.

This should fix the issue with Microsoft Office on your computer. Just in case if this does not help, try disabling other add Ins that you see under “Options”. You can also contact Microsoft Support to fix the issue.

Thanks and regards,

Skarbos Jay.

Hi,

You didn't mentioned the exact error which you were getting.

However, I would still recommend you to repair your installation.

Go to Control Panel –> Add or remove programs. Select Microsoft Office 2007. Then select "Repair" and follow the on screen instructions to repair your installation. Once done, your problem should have been solved.

If your problem persists, I suggest you should contact Microsoft support regarding this. You can contact them using the link given below.
