Hi,

This problem occurs when a required certificate is not installed .There are three ways to solve this problem.
1) Install the rootsupd.exe update. You can download this from the Microsoft Download Center:
Update for Root Certificates For Windows XP [February 2012] (KB931125)

2 ) Install new certificate. The certificate is available for download from the following third-party website:
https://www.entrust.net/downloads/binary/entrust_2048_ca.cer
Follow these steps to install a new certificate.

1. Double click on the certificate
2. Click the Install Certificate button.
3. Click Next > Select Automatically select the certificate store based on the type of certificate, and then click Next >.
4. Click finish

3) Copy required certificate chain from one of the working machines to the affected machine .
