Microsoft Core Printing failed when starting the page

Hi guys,

I am using Microsoft Core in the office, when I am about to print my file an error message appeared on my screen, Printing failed when starting the page, that was the only error I received.

Printer Error

Printing failed when starting the page.

As I am analyzing the error above, my first move is to check the printer if it is online.  Yes indeed, it is online and functional.  

My connection is also okay towards the printer; this error gives a lot of trouble.  

Please help me find ways to print my file.

Microsoft Core Printing failed when starting the page

Hi Thomasredmall,

You have come to right place. You can resolve your issue by following this method.

• First you have to log in by Administrative user name.
• Go to the start menu and click on the Control Panel.
• Then you have to go Administrative Tools and double click on the Services option.
• Then you look carefully until you find Print spooler.
• Then mark or highlight the print spooler and click on the left side of your windows option.
• Then you have to restart your computer and try to print out a page.

I hope the issue will not stay  longer.
