I want to know the method on how to enable control panel as I need it urgently to make some changes to my PC. Guys please help me solve this and enable it. Thank you.

For your information, the Control Panel that you use in Microsoft Windows is always enabled. When you first installed Microsoft Windows, it is there already because every user requires it for different things like installing drivers for devices, to disable a hardware, to check the status of a particular hardware, to configure or make changes to the settings of a particular device, and others.
In Microsoft Windows itself, there is no option there that will allow a user to disable the Control Panel. Even if this is the case, there are applications that will allow you to restrict access to the Control Panel.
In my computer, I have Norton SystemWorks which includes a feature called “System Optimizer” that allows the user to configure and or restrict access to different sections of the operating system. If you want to know how to disable the Control Panel, you cannot disable it because it is part of the operating system but you can restrict access to it using third-party applications like the one I have.
But if you are asking how to enable it, the Control Panel is always enabled and accessible to the user.
