Hi Guys,

I am having a problem when I was trying to print a report to PDF. The problem was mentioning about the Contacting of oracle BL presentation services. It has suggested contacting the system administrator if the problem persists. The message showing Error Codes: GDO7WNZA. Please help me giving some suggestion to fix this. My attempts have gone in vain.

Hello Halleleilani,

It is a common problem that you’ve encountered. When you use IIS as your Web Server the virtual directory produced throughout the installation may not be an application up till now.

1st thing to do is right click on the directory then press the ‘Create’ button. This will make it an application.Restart IIS, and try accessing the link again.

Here’s another way of resolving this matter.

1st try to bounce BI Javahost and BI Presentation Service.

2nd Instanceconfig.xml should have ‘List of enabled loaders’ so the user will be able to run PDF and charts.
