Hi,

I purchased a  Mercury USB TV card last week. But still I couldn't enjoy it.

I have installed the driver supplied with the box.

But when I plug it to USB the following error encountered?

Is this any hardware malfunction or any software issue?

Please tell me urgently, otherwise I need to return the device to seller.

Code: 59 (0x3b)

Message: Service not found

This could either be a software problem or a network problem.

It might be that the channel or website that it you are trying to connect to is not there anymore or might be experiencing some problems.

Also the driver could also be a possibility as a main source of the problem.

Solution 1: Ask for the shop that you bought it in to have it replace or test it to see how does it works. Also try asking for instructions on how to install it and what are the requirements.

Solution 2: Search for a much more reliable TV provider because it could be that you have no connection their website anymore. Also you can wait a day or two to see if maybe they are just under maintenance or update.
